hi

beginner question here.

when i have walls chain of the same type, they are connected so if i move one wall the others fill in, but when i have a wall chin of 2 walls types this behavior is lost.

i would like to constraint them together so if i move one to other will move also.

how?

thanks

shay

Really depends on the wall cleanup condition. Sometimes you aren't able to select it is because you have one wall that have disjoint at one end which has the symbol T. The other way it loses chain would be if 3 way wall joint. When you have 3 wall converging, Revit will have hard time to pick which one should be added to the chain.

Typically if you want chain of wall to move together, I would simply group them.

Use wall Joint tool to keep the constrains.
