Wall Section

Hi, I didn't have a Wall Section to click on as an option when creating a section - just Building or Detail.  So following a previous post I did a section of a wall and duplicated it, renamed it Wall Section which gave me the Project Browser category of Wall Section as well.  What I would like to know is why I didn't have this even though my Revit 2017 is a brand new install today ( previous one crashed so re-installed ) and should a Wall Section include anything or be any different to a Building Section?

The template you started the project from must not have had "wall section" for some reason. It is part of the default Architectural template.

Duplicating and renaming to get a wall section type is how it should be done, and there is no difference other than the name between the 2. The name lets it sort in the project browser.
