Wall Schedule Assistance please

Hi Guys,
I've done a search on here and can't seem to find what im looking for, also please note i am a student, so i understand that what im trying to achieve may not be typical practice.

I need to generate a wall schedule where i can list the wall types per level with a description of what the wall is. I've generated a wall schedule but i can't seem to find a way to only show one instance of the wall type mark.

I've attached a screenshot - Basically where you can see WT01 is listed 6 times, i'd like it to appear only once.

I was going to try and use a legend to achieve what i want, but given i need it to be specific for each level floor plan, i thought a schedule would be more efficient.

thanks, but in doing this you cannot assign the same mark number to multiple sections of walls, and therefore they would appear multiple times with different mark numbers.

EDIT: I tried the above but it still shows multiple instances of the same Mark number.

How can i get it to only show each mark (or type mark) only once?

Hi,

Disable "Itemize every instance" and setup the grouping/sorting for the desired fields

I you're case: Base Constraint, Type and Type Mark.

(Type Mark would not do much in this setup, because the Type is already unique.)

See images below:

Thank you! There is always a little check box hiding somewhere in revit. That did the trick!
