Hi,
Is there a way to get Revit to draw these lines where a wall intersects with Topo?
Revit is amazing

How does it work in field? Place a building pad under the wall or under the wall footing (if you have one) to cut the topo.
Yes there is a way. "Cut" the Toposurface with a Section Box in 3D View, Export to DWG and Import DWG back into Revit, then go to Section View and use Pick Line Tool to trace the CAD Linework representing the top of grade. There's a little more to it, but that's the meat and potatoes of it. Should be enough to get you started.
Marcello Sgambelluri has an excellent video on-line that shows how. I'll see if I can find and post a link to it for you.
you can use Dynamo , as shown in my screencast:

Or, you can use Railing as a guide either for Wall Profile or a Model Line..

...or, you can create a Railing type with a very slim profile and use it as intersection line...
