Wall fills don't print out properly when printed to PDF

Hello,

I am trying to print out a floor plan but when I do print it (using Revu Bluebeam) the wall fills are not printed properly. Several walls have no fill and some fills are moved around to other locations. I am attaching two screenshots below:

the view in Revit

the view when printed to pdf.

Also I dont use export because it tends to change the background color from white to slightly off white (254,254,254).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Does this relate?

Pages rotate when printing from Revit to the Bluebeam PDF Printer

It works with export, but the reason we don't use export is because the white background gets changed from 255,255,255 to 254,254,254 and the printer reads that as a color - hence a more expensive cost.
