Visual Studio Doesn't Loading The Revit Plugin in The Ribbon Tab

Hello friends,

I got stuck on a funny bug. Actually, I tried to move all the .dll from the revit addin folder to another folder and then moved back all the files to the addin folder. I ran the visual studio and tried to debug my plugin code, but this time when Revit 2017 open the plugin wasn't loading in the ribbon tab. Please note the build was successful and my plugin .dll copied into Revit addin folder.

P.S: When I copy paste and replace my Revit plugin .dll into the Revit-addin folder, the plugin gets loaded up in the Revit 2017. But the problem is it doesn't load when I run through the visual studio and hence I'm unable to debug my code. Hope my explanation makes some sense. Appreciate any kind support.

Have a good day!

It is better to post this kind of questions in the Revit API forum. Better chance of a solution.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

@Anonymous Ohh I see, I've posted on the wrong forum. Thanks for letting me know. Anyway I've resolved the problem by re-installing the Revit 2017. Still not sure why this error poped up. Cheers 🙂
