Visibility Graphics Overrides greyed out even though View Template is set to NONE

Hi, 

 

I am trying to change the grid line and dimension color in one of my structural plans but can't because the box is greyed out in v/g overrides option. I have my view template set to none. There are a range of other options which are also greyed out. Anyone know why I'm not able to access them?

There are some elements you cannot change with Visibility Graphics Overrides and these will be greyed out.

 

For Dimensions you can Edit the Family and Duplicate the Type and change the colour here

Hi,

 

For Grids you can change the type also and change the color:
