Visibility controls for individual point clouds in linked files

If you have multiple point clouds (RCPs) linked into one file, and then link that project (RVT) into another project, you lose the ability to turn off individual point clouds in the host project. For example, if I have both Architectural and Structural Revit files, and I have Scans of Area A and Scans of Area B (two different RCPs) loaded into both my Architectural and Structural Revit files, and I link the Structural file into the Architectural file... if I open a view and turn on point clouds, but then turn off "Scans of Area B"; it will turn off those scans in the host file, but they'll still be visible on the screen in the linked file. So, you basically lose the ability to control the visibility of individual scan files if you have linked Revit files. It doesn't matter if you only have one because the global check-box works as intended.
Pretty sure I'll need to go to VG, set the links to display by "Linked View" and then set up linked views to match in each linked Revit file (I have 4 total, so it's a bit of a PITA). Hoping someone knows something I don't. Also, @thefactory - if you're watching please file this as a bug. 🙂 "Files" should act like "categories" in the model tab, and scans and regions should act like subcategories. So, if I turn off a file in the view in the host revit file, it should hide it even if it is loaded into the linked revit file. 🙂
