View Title line only shows up

The Viewport properties has View Title as Yes. When it is on No, that line shown in the picture disappears. I am lost S what to do.

So you want the line only, no labels?

No, I want the line and labels, but the labels isnt showing up.

Set the viewport type to Always shows View Title and Line.

Edit the view title family and see if the labels are invisible or governed by yes/no parameters.

That is my other issue is that i cant seem to find to edilt the family. Not sure where it is located.

Edit the viewport type and you will see references a view title type, normally undee Annotation category.

Toggle the Title Parameter

Turns out none was loaded. Had to actually load it in.

This is what lead me to think it wasn't loaded because it wasn't there. I was about to lose my mind. Thank you
