Not understanding the relationship between these two items.
If I want to be able to change the visual style for a particular template real time then I need to deselect the tick box for the "Model Display" parameter for the view template to be able to do this.
However, I also need/ want to keep the "show hidden lines" parameter checked so, for the template the view will show correctly on the sheets.
Just not following what the relationship is between these two tick box selections.
My thinking is they are 2 completely different choices and as long as I have "show hidden lines" selected I can move back and forth between the different model display styles and still see the hidden lines but not certain how this relationship is intended to work.
However, after thinking about it I'm thinking that, regardless, I will also need to make sure I revert back to the hidden line visual style if I want things to show up properly for the particular view.
So, this leaves me with what I believe to be another good reason to have separate working and plotting views with ability to switch between view styles ONLY in the working view.
Help understanding the distinctions here however is appreciated.
