View Reference does not allow users to reference Area Plans. Please allow the "View Reference" tool to reference Area Plans for the use of enlarged plans in conjunction with the "Matchline". View Reference works for 3D views, Drafting Views, Sections, Elevations, Floor Plans and Structural plans but not for Architectural Area Plans. <revised>

Silly question, but I have to ask: Do you have Floor Plans?

Actually a good question, I need to revise my Idea. I don't use floor plans, but when I added one to my project the Floor Plan option in the View Reference drop-down became available.

I currently use Area Plans for all plans views. I will revise the Idea to only mention Area Plans, and may rethink the use of Floor Plans. Thank you!
