view range problem

i tried changing view range setting (i created a plan region for that area to set the view range) but still i cannot see the color wall in my plan. no view template setting, detail level and visual style already set and other walls with more than 3000mm height can see the colours. any suggestion? thank you.

is this floor plan or ceiling plan? try with same logic in new project let me know your comments.

roof plan, can you please replicate example roof view view range is top 2300 cut plane 1200, wall height is 1500 . take a look at posted screenshot. thanks

What the Wall Material's Cut Pattern Color?  

Are you cutting through the Wall with a 1200 Cut Plane?

cut pattern color is green, my overall view view range is top  2300 cut plane is 1500. i created the plan region in that portion and set view range top 1200 cut plane 600 and want to show wall green color in floor plan but don't show up? any suggestion. thank you

What is the Reference Level in the Plan Region? Roof?

overall view range is top 2300 cut plane is 1500 roof plan. plan region setting value top 1200 cut plane 600.  you can take a look at my screenshot in my first post.thank you

Is your View set to Medium or Course?

yes im able to see the other wall color if the height is 3m and above. only has a problem of this wall because total height from the roof is 1500mm. thank you

Why don't you just post the file. It'll take me 10 seconds to figure it out.

i pasted in a new project and able to see the wall color without creating a plan region. what could be the caused of the issue in the main plan? sorry i cannot share the file because of NDA. thank you
