I agree with @RobDraw... that looks intentional.
That said 😁... the "Area Plan" is the type of view, the rest is the view name. if you select one and pick Rename, what is in the renameable part of the name? What I see happen a lot is the view is placed on a sheet and someone wants to rename the Title of the view. If they edit the name in the View Title, and the Title On Sheet parameter is blank, the view will get renamed. If the Title On Sheet parameter is filled in, the view name will stay the same. this allows you to have a short(er) view name and a more descriptive View Title.

I set all the default views in my templates to EDIT to correct Title to avoid this in my office 😁.
