Various REVIT conversions

Can you convert newer versions (i.e., 2022) of a Revit model to an older version (2019/2020) and if so, how?

Short answer is no, not directly as a Revit file. You can export to different formats like IFC and then import into earlier versions, but you will have information degradation.
