I recently bought a license subscription for AutoCAD Revit LT Suite

I bought the monthly subscription for $65 per month.

Do I have 1 on 1 web support.

If so how and where do I get this support.

I tried what you recommend but I get this message with I go to " View my support cases"

If I hit take me to my donwloads it stays on the same page.

What am I doing wrong.
