“It’s an opportunity to add value to our product and value to the COMMUNITY.” – Adam Steadman
Hi Autodesk Community!
My name is Wendy Lim, I recently joined the Autodesk Community Team as Community Manager, AEC. Some of you may have seen me already in the forum, but for those who may have not, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I graduated from University Science Malaysia with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering and began my career in civil engineering working on a variety of projects in Malaysia, U.A.E, Qatar & Pakistan. My jobs introduced me to the CAD and BIM world, and after 10+ years in civil engineering life, I decided I was ready for a change. Eventually, I landed at Autodesk Singapore in 2012, as a Product support specialist where I get to apply my engineering background to my role, then as a Division Manager, driving supportability improvements that elevate the customer support experience.
I love my job! The people I work with (co-workers and customers) are smart, intelligent, and I learn so much from them.
My hobbies include outdoor adventure, especially running and hiking. I also enjoy spending quality time with my three soccer-crazy boys and solving math problems.
I’m so looking forward to working with this team and this community. I hope that this can be the beginning of a bond between us—not just a one-way post from us to you. If you're up for it, let's start with this post! Hit reply and tell me a little bit about yourself. Why did you join this community? Where do you work? And what are you hoping to get from this community?

The 10.2 release update focuses on licensing installer enhancements to fix defects, improve logging, gather install related data for troubleshooting and analytics purposes. In addition, this update includes changes to the License Manager to display correct licensing attributes for Students on named-user licensing. As a best practice, for improved reliability, security, and performance it is always recommended that users apply the latest available Autodesk Licensing Service update before launching Autodesk products.

Hi Community,
This week Autodesk in error sent Revit LT users an email containing tutorial about linking PDFs, a feature that is not available in Revit LT.
This content will be corrected in future email sends, but regrettably may cause some customer confusion.
To be clear, the PDF linking feature is not available to Revit LT users.
We deeply apologize for any confusion this may have caused. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me.

Expanding previous version access to 5 versions back!
Hi Everyone!
We’ve heard your feedback! So, starting November 2, 2020, Autodesk is expanding version access for all customers (on subscription and maintenance plans) for the latest release and up to 5 versions back! This makes it easier for teams to collaborate on the same version throughout a project. If you want to learn more please check out the full details here.
Please Note: Although we are expanding access to 5 versions back, only the current and 3 versions back will be eligible for Autodesk technical support.
If you have any questions please ask them in the Subscription Changes forum, and feel free to @ mention @Tiana_Y, or you can reach out to me directly!
