A team mate has been unable to sync their model since Friday -

So far, they have

1) Unloaded and reloaded all links

2) Deleted locals, Temp files

3) restarted the machine

4) audited model

5) performed a selective purge

I have attached the latest Journal ()269), and a couple that date back to the close of last Friday. Bid docs need to be out next week. Help!

Hello just a wild guess, try to restart your network server, it could be your server connection. Thanks

Thank you @ennujozlagam - it turned out to be a corrupt stair - any attempt to edit it brought about the problem. It was deleted and recreated, and then things went back to normal.

Hi @Sahay_R

Glad to hear that it went back to normal.Smiley Happy

A few warnings in your journal regarding startup error and addins-  please try testing Revit with add-ins disabled if the user faces the issue again.

Also, keep an eye on the updates for the Revit version.

Thank you, @Viveka_CD (I hit Accept by mistake - oops!) . I will put it in my Crash Checklist for the future.

No worries @Sahay_R

You could check the status here: https://health.autodesk.com/ and check if the model has problems syncing to central or if the service is working properly.
