How can I upgrade REVIT Architecture to REVIT MEP?

I do not think that will be possible. Revit MEP and Revit Architecture are parallel products, so no 'upgrade'.

There is Revit, which contains the Architecture, MEP and Structure modules.

If you want to exchange Revit Architecture for MEP you could talk to your reseller and see if they can arrange something for you.
