I just recently updated from Revit 2014 to 2015 (Student Version)
My project was running perfectly fine until I upgraded. Literally no skips or freezes or anything. I wish I wouldnt have upgraded. Now i get error messages telling me I do not have enough RAM and or Memory. My project is 20.9 mb. I can't zoom or select anything without it freezing for over 10 minutes.
I have turned off all the hardware acceleration and other items in the graphic location like some previous posts suggest, but it didn't help.
My computers specs are the following:
RAM - 6GB
i7 - 2 GHz
64 bit operation system.
Why would this happen upon upgrading?
Also, when i check windows task manager, it says my 3,600,000 k used in memory from revit.
Even if i hide evertyhing except my floor slabs, it still freezes.
