unwanted typography cut line

i have the typography cut line going under the building,

i tried to select and make it invisable....any idea??

Raise the Pad (e.g. Height Offset From Level).  

...or select Infill Topo and apply a Graphic Override in View By Element.  Override the Cut Line Color/Pattern.

Move the building pad up so that the bottom of it is where you want the top of the pad is.  Make the pad very thin, or hide it, or join it the the slab on grade in the section view.

If you want the topo is at where you show it, but no cut line, then use linework tool or override element in view (what you show is override category in view, which doesn't work in this case).
