I have done the 3 steps notated by Ryan here and it is still happening. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

When exactly doe this happen? Is it while working on a file or while launching the application? try this:

  • Rename or delete the file CascadeInfo.cas from
    Windows XP:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Adlm
    Windows Vista and Windows 7:
    C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm
  • Clear the contents from temp folder

And then try launching the application.

Also check if the issue is reproducible with a differnt user accounts on the same PC?

It is while launching the application. This is x64 bit FYI.

Those fixes above did not work, it is still causing the same error. The splash screen shows up for 2-3 seconds and then the error appears.
