Unmerging parallel walls

Hi there,

I have a couple of parallel walls (they are different types, have different materials and thicknesses) which merge in plan:

       

I want to have a clear line between them two as there is no reason to join them. 

How can I do that?

Disallow Join at both ends.  Bada bing!

not that easy - both these walls need to connect at corners with other walls so doing that doesn't solve the merging issue...

Sounds like they are joined. Use Unjoin Geometry tool.  That work?  

... "bada bing"? 😉
