Hi everyone.

I have one revit cloud model in ACC that is locked with one old employee.

I'm sure that this file is not opened with he and I can lost the changes made by hem without problem.

There is any way to unlock the file?

I would like to keep the file's historic version.

Thanks.

Download the file and create a new central file from it, upload to ACC. Archive the copy and delete the prior one from ACC.

The file is not shared file. It is configured to run just for one person.

The problem about this process is that I will lose all the past version of the file and is important to keep the history.

What do you mean when you write "locked"?

Revit block the access because for it this user is with the file open but this user doesn't exist more.

Are you able to review the history of the file and restore from an earlier version? What about Force Relinquish?

Unfortunately, it is a Cloud Model but not a Workshared Cloud Model.

I can't go back 1 version because I need those changes saved, the problem is the user access the file after the last version that is saved in ACC and I didn't find a way to turn around this situation.

If the file is not using worksharing then it doesn't have a "history" you can "keep" so if you download the file you'll have whatever that file had when it was posted.
