Underlay repost with fileattached

I forgot to attach teh file and I didnt have teh option to EDIT it.

This is a very complicated problem though it looks simple on the surface so please do NOT overlook this issue. 

I try to underlay the roof plan under the first level and vice versa so I can control structural matters and how the roof fits the plan. SOme how it does NOT underlay. However it succesfully does underlay the ground floor under the first floor and vice versa; the first floor under the ground floor. I have attached the file .I have also restarted the programbut still the issue is NOT resolved. Before a negative pressumption is made about my capability and I am labelled a beginer again I have to say I dont  have the range base level since I am using Revit 2014, NOR do I have the set orienation to up on my screen.  My screen looks different as you can see, and I have already changed the underlay orientation to cieling. In another file the same exact setting worked but here it does NOT.

@Anonymous, hello, instead of roof you underlay at level 1, you select LEVEL 1CEILING then your roof will come out because the reason is that your roof level is higher. hope it helps. thanks

No problem mate ... you can mark solutions here too. they are pretty much the same

(I think forum gives you 20 mins limit time for editing otherwise you cannot edit it anymore...if you are having problems with the browser itself; try use Firefox or Safari...they seem to be working better with Autodesk Forum for the time being)
