Unable To Select Gridlines

Hello

This is probably a simple one - how do I select the gridlines in the opening view of the attached project?  Revit 2020 format file.

They are all in a Design Option. You need activate the DO to select them, or press "Exclude" for a one-time operation.

You might have accidently "Pinned" the grid. Try ACTIVATE "Select Pinned Elements" at the bottom right corner and you should be able to select the grid line. Thank you.

Actually, it was a design option as the solution states and marked as such three years ago.

Btw, it does not answer this specific case but I found this thread as I couldnt select some grid lines. Basically it was odd as I couldnt directly click one of the duplicate grid lines but when I did the left to right select it was selected and I saw it was a link so I hid the link. Maybe this can help someone else.
