Unable to save model to cloud due to error.

Hello everyone!

 

As shown in the image, I can't save any of my REVIT models to the cloud.

I use Revit 2023 and I've always been able to save my models to the cloud, but today, with no history of errors, I simply can't save them to the cloud anymore.

Can anyone help me with this error? I don't know what it could be, it says there was an error, but it doesn't explain what the error is.

Note - 1: On other computers, it's possible to save to the cloud normally.

Note - 2: In Docs, I have permissions to edit, which doesn't affect the publishing to the cloud.

The message says:

"Unable to save the model to the cloud due to an error.

Please try again later."

If you look up the error, it is suggested that you check for external problems related to connectivity and clear you local caches and temp folders.

 

Are you saving to the cloud or are you collaborating in the cloud, cloud worksharing?

 

Another possibility is there is a corruption in your model but you said others are able to upload it.

Got it, I'm trying to collaborate in the cloud. I'll check the flagged options, I believe it's something "local" related to the desktop in question (Only one computer is not collaborating in the cloud).
