Unable to rotate Viewport Title

So I'm trying to print off floor plans. The title is rotated 90 degrees clockwise and I am unable to rotate it, or the viewpoint to work around this. Any help?

You can't rotate the viewport title.

Either you rotate the crop of the view or the scope box. Or, you create a second view title family, which is rotated.

Did you rotate the view on sheet? You need to create a different view title family or type and rotate the labels.

Another approach is to rotate the view crop region instead of rotate the view on sheet.

SOLUTION: Rotate the scope box.

The easiest way to have the view oriented on the sheet would be to rotate the scope box. When you select the scope box and see the adjustable tabs and rotate symbol, the rotate symbol will be on what will show as the top of the view. 

If the scope box is used for multiple views, then make a new scope box so the others aren't affected. It may take a little trial-error to get it oriented the way you want, but it is a lot easier than messing with view title families.

Hi

Easy and best way is to 

1. Rotate crop boundary

2. New Duplicated view

3. Crop box, view cropped to that crop box, and rotate crop box at any angle.

4. View Rotation on Sheet ( This allows only 90 deg..  and HIDE THE VIEW TITLE ) if its one off

5. You can actually create a new View title at any angle.. ...ex-90 deg by entreating new "

 View Title ".. No one would recommend this cause it will come with flaws... but am just showing it can be done pretty easily.."

Note - Intersection of reference lines is the pivot/base of View title.. switch it on in VG to edit the family.
