Unable to open because of unresolved pointer references.

This error: unable to open because of unrevolved pointer references, occurred and then after trying again is said that the file was corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. I have tried the "Audit" solution and nothing has worked. All backup files come up with the same errors. Help...

Yikes. Usually it is due to corruption of the project file. If even your backup files have these problems than you really have a problem

If you are on subscription create a ticket with Autodesk support (they sometimes can help with fxiing your file).

If you are on subscription, you log into your Autodesk subscription account.

There you will find a link to support
