Unable to open because of unresolved pointer reference

Hi,

I am using Revit 2015. But while I am trying to open my project file, I got the error msg of "unable to open because of unresolved pointer references....." 

I tried to open it within Audit or copy and pased to another name but did not work. 

I found that subsctiption member can create support case to fixed this problem but I  can not find how to do that.

It's important file.

If anyone can help me with solving this problem, it will be much appreciated.

You have to have an Autodesk ID tied to your Subscription Account, then login with that Autodesk ID at manage.autodesk.com.  Top right corner you can click Support and file a ticket.
