Unable to create PFC arms in steel structure model

Hi, I am working on a steel structure model. And I am unable to make PFC arms of the structure. I am attaching the CAD and RVT file can anyone help me out with it. Its a small model. I have marked the arm in the picture and attached the cad file as well for dimensions. If anyone can help with it and make a small video as well it would be great. RVT file attached is in 2024 version. I have attached STL file of the model as well.

First, please mention that the file is in Revit 2024. I don't have 2024, but based off of the cad file my first suggestion would be to model this in place.

Is this thing always the dimensions you give, or can it change dimensions (parametric)?

I would make conside making this a face based family, so the insertion point would be the top face of the post/column.
