Unable to access project browser and properties window

Upon opening Revit, I was not able to access the Project Browser or Properties dialogue box.

I have tried to turn on the window by right-clicking and selecting them. I have also gone through the windows interface and have tried turning these windows on.

Through the display setting I have changed the monitors from two to one and back to one to two with no success.

Are there any other options to access these windows?

First off, is the Project Browser and Properties checked under View=>User Interface?

yes, they are both checked

My guess is that they are undocked and residing somewhere on the secondary monitor. Have you tried activating the second monitor and looking?

thank you ... deleting the .xml file corrected the issue

I am using Revit 2023 and having this same issue. I have tried everything listed, but I am not sure what the .xml file is. I have an ASUS ZenBook (has smaller monitor attached to it) and also connected to a larger monitor. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RevitLT 2023. I'm at a loss. ANY suggestions?
