We use dropbox for all our files. We have always been working on projects one user at a time but is it ok to work at the same time? How do firms have multiple people working on different things at once?
if you cannot use bim360 or worksharing, i suggest to separate the model by users and then linked them in a master file. not the best practice, but better than nothing.
