Twinmotion - trial version vs subscription version

Our office has a subscription to Revit that comes with Twinmotion. A few of us downloaded Twinmotion following the instructions, and the download was successful except...when we open a model in Twinmotion, we see that it comes as a "Trial 2023.1 Version/Not For Commercial Use". We cannot figure out what step we are missing to be able to download a full version. We have an access granted by our administrator, so it is hard to know what else is there we are missing. Thanks.

Have you updated to Revit 2023.1.1?

I am using the 2023.1 version. Would that make a major difference?

No idea.  I jumped straight to Revit 2023.1.1.  And here is the link to download Twinmotion directly.

There really isn't a direct download. You need to download the Epic Games and another software first. I downloaded the Twinmotion via Epic Games, and when I go to my account in the Twinmotion, it takes me to my account in the Epic Games, and there is no information about updating the Twinmotion version to the full version. So it is a dead-end road...
