Trying to load families into Revit

Hello,

I am trying to load some systems furniture Revit families into my project but whenever I try to load it says,

"F:\396f2a7d966320a42a87faab96389ee5.rfa File not found. Please Verify the correct file name was given."

I just downloaded it from Steelcase so it should be good to go. I am just not sure how to properly import it into my project.

It looks like you're trying to load the family from the zipped folder. Unzip it and try again.

Hello is looks like you haven't extract the file. You can extract file by using WinZip program and can download free from internet. Thanks
