The Lenovo Yoga 900 has a 13" diagonal screen with a native resolution of 3200 x 1800. So I imagine it is shipped with the Windows Display Scaling setting up over 200. Experiment with setting it down to 150 or less.
Of course this effects everything on your laptop. If you prefer, you might be able to right-click on Revit's application shortcut and disable the display scaling only for Revit.
Now...once you get Revit displaying/working correctly, you'll complain that everything is too small. That's simply because you've got a very high number of pixels crammed into a 13" screen. The only way around that is to set your resolution down to something more traditional, like values near half of that native 3200 x 1800, or maybe even less.
THEN you're going to complain that there isn't a lot of work space left in which to easily maneuver around in your drawings. But hey, that's the nature of trying to do CAD work on a 13" screen. I've got a Surface Pro 2 that I run Revit on...but I suuuuuuuure don't actually do much work with it. It's more just being able to look at things on the job site and maybe make a few easy corrections or something like that. 99.9% of the work is actually done in the office on my desktop. I'm guessing (hoping) that this is your situation too...nobody should have to work in Revit a whole lot on a 13" screen!
