Triple Structural Column shows in Take-Off Schedule but not in Project. Please Help

I have a project where it displays 3 structural column Model CC04, however there are only 1 in the whole project.

Why is the take-off / schedule showing 3? When I delete it, it deletes all 3! There is no overlapping, its only one, and there is no hidden column.

Can someone please help me resolve this urgent?

I'm using REVIT2023

Shared Family nested within the Host Family?

I don't think so, its just a simple structural column.

Perhaps the schedule count coarse + medium + fine details as separate entities.  You can fix it by sort/group the schedule by Mark with unitemized elements.

When you say you deleted it, did you select the one instance in the Project and delete that one, or did you delete the Family from the Project Browser?

It's a Material Schedule? Well, three different Materials could explain it.  

...maybe the Column is Painted?

YES!!! Its the paint material color.

So let me get this straight, if you change the column color, you get extra column counts? This must be a bug, because it doesn't make sense at all, unless someone can explain this to me.
