Transparent Decal Background in Revit 2023

It appears you can't make a decal with a transparent background. Has anyone experienced this problem in Revit 2023?

I have a cutout image with a black background and it is not transparent like how the decals used to work.

Got Photoshop? If so, you can remove the black background in seconds.

That one looks great.  What image can't you do that way? Post it here. Let's see what you're working with.

Files attached, Ive tried the main image with a transparent background, white background and black background and no matter which one I try I always see the background. Maybe it is a Enscape problem?

Enscape?  Do you mean the decal appears correctly in Revit but rendered without the cutout in Enscape?

No issue in Revit 2023 using your images.

You're correct, it is Enscape.

Looks fine with a transparent background in Revit but when looking it it in Enscape it has a black background.

No issues here either.  Works like a charm.
