Transferring Lighting from Main Model into Design Option

I recently started adding lighting to a complex model and realized I had not created the design options 1 and 2 yet so I've been working out of the main model. The lighting layout from the main model (which is technically option 1) does not need to be present in design option 2. Is there anyway to make a main model transfer into a newly created design option?

As it stands, when I create a new design option set, the lighting from the main model appears there and shouldn't.

Just select the Lighting and Add to the Design Option Set.

...maybe I'm misunderstanding. Are you saying the Lighting got added to more than one Option Set, or to the wrong Option set?  If the former, just delete the duplicate Lighting from the one DO Set. If the latter, clipboard copy and paste between DO sets/Main Model.
