Transfer the values of Project Parameters

The railings were created by System Family and several Project Parameters with default values (Parameter Type: Shared Parameter) were assigned to Category ‘Railings’.

Once the railings were copied from original rvt project to another via ‘Transfer Project Standards’ (Selected ‘Railing Types’, ‘Project Parameters’). Could the values of Project Parameters be transferred simultaneously or need to be input again in new rvt project?

You should be able to. Transfer both Project Parameters and Railing Types and OVERWRITE existing.

...you should also be able to Clipboard Copy Paste the Rail Type w/ Project Parameter Value.

If they are instance parameters then you can copy paste the actual stairs from one project to another after transferring project standards.

After the transfer project standard was completed, I copy the placed Railing and paste it in new rvt project, values of Project Parameters appear.

If I select the System Railing and right click to create a instance in new rvt project, values of Project Parameters are in blank. Do I require to re-input the values for each newly placed Railing?? (Alternatively, copy and paste the Railing, then edit the path to avoid the input values)

Yes. If you create a new railing then you have to re-input parameters' values.  That's why I suggested copy paste.

I think the solution is what I wrote above then.  Copy/Paste.   That not work for you?
