Toposurface scale

Hi, I have created a toposurface using my cad data but while doing that I forgot to change the units in Revit. Now one side of my plot is 135M but its showing .135 in Revit and I can not scale the toposurface. What should I do?

Delete the topo, remove the CAD and redo it.

Yes, do it again.  When you link the CAD check that the import units are set to meters and not 'Auto-Detect'.
