Round a Calculate Total Value in Schedule

See schedule below.

This is a schedule of track required to frame a room. The 46' is the sum of the "Length" column all rounded to nearest foot. My goal is to round this value up to the nearest 10' so 50'.

I tried some calculated values to the right of the "Length" column but that total is 120' which would be far to much track for that room.

Looking to (1) sum all the length of track in a room and then (2) round that number up to the nearest 10'. The issue with my current method is the rounding is applied first to every instance and then summed so there is too much material now.

I'm not sure how your schedule works, but under normal conditions Revit uses the actual value to calculate.  The rounded value is just a display, unless you're rounding it with a formula.
