Hey guys,
In my current model is a revit-topography which can be seen in the {3D} view in Revit. But when I open the same model in the autodesk viewer it is missing. What can I do about this?
Cheers,
Leonard

When you say "revit-topography", do you mean Toposurface? If so, is the Toposurface visible in the Default 3D View?

Yes I mean Toposurface and yes it is visible in the default 3D View (the view with the small house as shurtcut).

Is it a workshared file? If so, the default {3D} view has your username affixed to it.
Try this: open a copy of the model with Detach and discard worksets to create a non-work shared file, create a default {3D} view, save and upload this file.

It is a detached workshared-file and the visibility for topography is aktive for the default 3D-view.

No the name is "{3D}"

So I tried deleten all of the ~25 3D Views and created a new one. Then the whole model dissapeared in the viewer. Then I turned the topography-surface on in every 3D view and then it worked. So how can I know which one the viewer uses without checking this for all 25 3D views?

Delete all 3d views and recreate a new one {3D}.
Delete all 3d views and recreate a new one {3D}.

Already tried and failed. But I found the solution. Its just a settings-issue for sharing. 🙂

And what would be the setting that fixes this issue?
