The values are points that are nearly the "same", they only vary in the 3rd-4th decimal point values. That's a pretty "small" site if those values are correct.

It's making it. All 239 points are placed. But your x and y values are all in the same relative position 50 and 11.

What I mean is that EVERY point coordinate is at x=50.964, y=11.331 (or 11.332), z=236. So basically, all the points are on top of each other. The point coordinates only differ from one another by 1/10,000ths of a "unit". Here's the resulting Toposurface if you remove those first 5 digits of every x and y coordinate in the point file. I'm not advocating you truncate each line; I'm just illustrating my "point". Pun intended. The resulting Toposurface has a Projected Surface Area of 428804.00 sq. "units".  Depending on the unit of measurement it could be a Continent or it could be a heel imprint in the mud.  Don't know. But it's definitely a Revit Toposurface.

Actually i captured a small place around 270 square meter in google earth and produced this csv file using TCX Convertor . Is there any fault in my procedure of getting this excel file as all points are overlapping or Google earth is not giving accurate results.

Is it here? I think they are longitude and latitude, and elevation in meters, maybe.

yes here was the area i wanted to take data of. My revit file is in meters where i have to feed this topography . actually elevation data is important for me as i have to test which building out several could possibly fit on which topography

I think the x and y Are latitude and longitude. According to Wikipedia , 1 degree of latitude equals 110.6km and 1 degree of longitude equals 111.3km at sea level.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lat-lon

So for example if there are 2 points share a same latitude and a difference of 0.000005 in longitude, the actual distance between will be about 0.000005*111300=0.5565m

Just googled it. 🙂

Try the Dynamaps maybe.  It can create the topography, buildings, roads etc. for you and the only thing you need to do is typing in the address.
