Top bottom indicator in spot elevations

Hello Guys!

There are two type parameters in spot elevation families called top/bottom indicator, what is the purpose of those parameters?

I was trying to add an editable text in the bottom of my spot elevation (a desciption name), I thought this parameter could be a possibility

They are what their name indicate:  Top Indicator is to add a prefix or suffix to the Top Elevation, so is Bottom Indicator.  They only show when their companion Elevation value is available.

Is this what you want to do?

No, first I'd like to know the purpose of that parameter that I highlighted in the picture that I sent
and this one that you mentioned appears locked to me, because I have no lower values on my spot elevation tag, anyway, I wouldn't like to add preffix or suffixs, just an editable text that would appear under my elevation

No you can't.  Not with those indicators.

This property that you want to use within the elevation property works for the elevation tag in plan, which you define whether you want to show the top or bottom elevation. Defining what you want to show, then you fill in the prefix or suffix field.
