ToolTip Videos not showing

Hello. I'm using Revit 2016

 For some time, the Tooltip videos are not showing on my computer. Instead, there's a message: " To view the videos, install the latest Adobe Flash Player.http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/". But when I go to Adbobe website, it says: "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available." and i don´t now if i have a propblem or file damage and it is a reason fot that, so please can someone help me to fix it?

Please check the below process:

Go to Application menu "R" > then click on Option >  Select the User Interface > Select the Minimal/Normal/High option instaed None from the Tooltip assistance drop down menu. See the attached snap

The most recent version of Flash Player (Version 20) has made it so ToolClips will not play in ANY version of Revit. The ToolClips in Revit leverage the Flash player installed on a users pc to play the videos. Because of the recent update of the Flash Player the ToolClips no longer will play. The only way to recover the functionality is to roolback your version of Flash Player to 19 or older. This however does carry with it security risks running an older version of Flash.

We are working on a player that does not require Flash on the users PC but this will only be available in future releases of Revit.
