Toggle level's bubble's side at the elevation and section view, should be genus

I have many elevations and section view which their level's Lable's Showing side should be change from right to left. after I Check left bubbles, Revit doesn't care about their previous vertical or horizontal position.

For example at this image:

I want to show the labels at the left side of the view (Toggle from left to right). when I use the left "Show Bubble" Revit doesn't care the label's vertical position (see the labels which are at the green rectangle) and Revit simply overlap the labels at the new side (Left side).

In my opinion after checking left bubble they should be shown like mirror of the right side.

Instead of click the boxes to change the labels side, drag a left 3d grip to the right and vice versa.

Noted that doing this way will change the levels for the entire model so be aware of the consequences.
