Hi, I want to mask or trim the insulation at the section. would you please tell me how it is possible? I don't want to do many 2D works at the section (Use mask and draw roof lines by 2d lines is not good idea) because changing the model will change the section and 2d works will not effect by the changes.
You can lock 2d region borders to 3d geometry.

You mean I should draw all profile of the roof by line on a mask? if the roof's profile is changed I should to change all sections.
In my project we have 20 wall sections which have this problem.
In my opinion Revit should have some thing like Join or trim for 2D vs 3D objects.
Just reduce the batt width. It's just symbolic linework --- it's doesn't need to be to scale.
I agree with @barthbradley. But what I meant in my previous post was ...

...I think it would be easier just to blow it in. This batt insulation is just too complicated. hehe.
btw, OP: is the section cut THROUGH the truss or rafter, or THROUGH the batt between the truss or rafter ? Big difference on graphical representation. ![]()
@Anonymous: Here's some additional installation information that may be helpful to know towards graphically communicating your attic batt insulation design intent:

...of course, I'm kidding.
Thank you for your video. I know how masks work. My roof has some lines inside its profile and mask will white it.
Create a detail group from a few pieces of insulation of and place it where you need it. It doesn't need to be perfectly match the angles.
