title in mass object properties

I have to change title in mass object properties to a unique one? 

Is there any good material, where I can learn this?

What you have outlined in red in your screenshot is not the title of the mass family. It is just a label for a group of parameters. You can't change it. Revit is wierd, it does not show mass names right away, you have to dig for them...

However you can change the title of the mass family, this is how you do that:

• Go to Project Browser
• Expand Families -> Mass
• You will see all your masses here, select the mass you need, right-click and select rename.
  • If you need to find the name of the mass you would like to rename, hover over the mass until the name shows up.

What you have circled in you screenshot is a Group Name.  That can't be changed, nor new ones added.  You can choose a different Group to put your Parameters under. There's a couple of dozen of them. Edit the Parameter and look in the drop-down under Groups.
