Title Block fields setup, cannot see Project Parameters button

I am trying to follow a tutorial on the making of title blocks, but apparently some things are missing from the menu bar while I am inside the block.. when in a normal project its all there..

You would add a shared parameter to the titleblock and then tie it to the project

Hey,

Your UI looks fine. If you are seeing less tabs than you see in a project is because you are in a Family file, and that change a little the tabs you can see and use. What would you like to achieve?

Ribbon menus are different between family and project environments. Nothing is missing.
