Title bar controls

I would like to wait for someone who has an answer

to my question here.

I would like to know if it's possible to have the Windows

title bar controls like you see in this top image instead of

the Revit override controls like you see in the lower image.

I've just tried setting my desktop to Windows Classic to try and better understand the problem you are facing.  Other than the actual colour of the buttons and the fact they don't have a border can you clarify what the issue is?  Yesterday I thought it was that you couldn't access the buttons because the Revit panel was overlapping them but that doesn't seem to be the case.  The only difference I can see is that the graphical rendition of the buttons is slightly different.  However the size and functionality as far as I can tell is identical.

The image below shows the Revit titlebar with the control panel titlebar beneath for comparison.

Good work Keith. If you use the smallest title bar button size, AND you set

Revit to "light," you can get a visual on the buttons that's not too distractingly

different. (Still not consistent the way I would like). 

But if you use the "dark" for Revit, that allows the MENU bar to show up

much better, AND you have nice size buttons on your Windows title bar,

THEN you get much more inconsistency, or difference, as you can see

with the two images I posted. Either way, I would like the full consistency

IF that is possible. And that's why I'm waiting to see if anyone knows

how make Revit match the "Performance" theme like it does with the

"Areo" theme. 

YES it seems like too small of an inconsistency for most Revit users to

care about, but I would like to fix it IF that is possible, IF someone comes along

and points me to a fix. 

Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist, but if I am, Revit made me

that way. I like everything perfect. I have been using Revit since version 8.

I am not aware of any user-accessible setting within Revit that allows for the control you are seeking.
